I second or third the notion of calmly calling Ilford and asking. When I
bought out a whole darkroom full of old and semi-old papers, chemicals and
equipment, they were spot on in telling me what to expect from what. I
suspect that photo chemicals, and even photo paper are significantly more
durable than they once were and the folks at Ilford have heard it all
before and know just what to recommend. Being rather paranoid about high
quality results, I'd not want to do any important, (or client) work that
couldn't be duplicated using old or potentially damaged chemicals or paper.
But really I doubt if a bit of a temp swing harmed all that much. If you're
worried, pitch the film developer and try the rest. (Not that I'm claiming
to have any idea which chemicals are most harmed by temp variations
external to process, but that's the one that would give me the most
heebie-jeebies, since it's effects are irreversible.)

Ilford's abundant tech literature and downloadable resources have really
done wonders to keep me and many, many other photo students from even being
particularly curious about other B&W brands and chemicals. Try finding
detailed specs for some obscure film and developer combo at 2am and you'll
see what I mean. Go Ilford!
