You need a spanner wrench with pencil point tips. You unscrew the top cover
of the wind lever using the two small holes therein.

Unscrew the rewind knob from the shaft, *after* you've opened the back
cover...I don't know about the OM-2s in regards to the flash shoe. If it is
not the removable type like the earlier OMs, then it probably stays with the
cover. If it *is* removable, then there should be a ring nut that needs to
come off. The filmspeed knob and other switches are attached to the top cover
and do not come off. Hope this helps.
