You should first check to make sure that the jam isn't in the gear train at
the bottom of the camera.  If the problem isn't there, you can remove the
top cover as follows:

1) remove the cap on the advance lever, unscrew the screw, take the advance
   lever off (watch out for the two small ball bearings), unscrew the small
   retaining ring, remove the rest of the parts.

2) use an xacto knife to lift the asa dial trim plate off.  This is best done
   starting from the inside of the small window.  Unscrew the retain screw
   and lift off the assembly.

3) unscrew the rewind knob (use an old film spool to hold the shaft).  Unscrew
   the retaining ring and remove all the parts.

4) remove the 4 screws (2 next to the primsm, 2 on the back)

The cover should now lift up easily.  Be careful of the wires underneath,
they're very fragile and can easily detatch from the circuit board.  Assembly
is just the reverse of the above procedure.  Good luck.
