I think it may not happen to all OM2sp and OM4/4Ti, I still have a worn OM4
which bought from a professional photographer two years ago, it is still
working fine and very accurate.  Many people on this list have no problem
too, but a few did mentioned they had the same problem.

The problem does not show on spot and manual mode, so you can still use the
camera to do most of the job.
