You bet. Other possibilities, too.  In PS, in RGB mode first desaturate,
then you can select Hue/Saturation, then click "Colorize".  Keeping the
Saturation and Lightness sliders where they are, play with the Hue slider
until you get the effect you want.  32-36 produces a pretty good sepia tone,
for example.
