Just below the flash head is the word "OLYMPUS". In the centre of the
letter O is the flash sensor. Some other manufacturers would also be
able to hide their sensors in this way (e.g. NikOn, CanOn, MinOlta,
COntax) but others would not (e.g Leica, Pentax, Vivitar, Metz)! ;-)
