normally i'd agree completely--but in this case, i regard the listmembers
as friends/neighbors who i should tell, whether or no they know about it,
versus ppl out on the street.. thus i did what i did. apologies for taking
up bandwidth, this shall be my last on the topic. all followups offlist.
