Will,

The 75-150 is a nice lens, with the main feature being size.  I don't think
you're going to see any advantage in quality from the Zuiko over the
Vivitar, in this case.

Also, unless the $130 is Canadian, that price is a little high.  They come
in around $100 or even a little less pretty often.
