Not the only possibility - there's the classic old lady with "my
husband/brother died a while ago and we found this stuff in his
effects...what's it worth?" Some stores rip them off or really have no
idea. One that should know better, near me, sold a Linhof Master Tecknika
with two good lenses and case for about US $140 (about a tenth of its real
value - I was an hour too late). That included their commission - the
owner, who found it in his uncle's effects was delighted with the $110 he
got as he thought it was ancient junk.
I'm not speaking to them - they've got my phone number, dammit.
