I've had several things affect the permanence of film:
1. Cheep, non-archival slide sheets.
2. Use. Fingerprints do wonders over time.
3. Light. Wanna see how quickly tri-x will fade when
left in the sun?

I have never had any problem with C-41 film
fading--but then how would I know since we color
adjust every time we make a reprint anyway.
