Olympus does make their own 2 element but I think just for the 80/4 bellows 
macro lens and they make a 2 element for the IS series in 49 and 55 mm 
variety. This page has a listing of all 2 element diopters available

But you have to take some caution is picking the right diopter for your lens. 
Say if you want a diopter that allows continuous focusing from the minimum 
focus of a 200mm/4 from 2.5 meters, you have to plug those numbers into 
Erker's formula.
