Oh boy, that is a very tough question. It varies all over the board ($40
to 400), depending on what country of origin for the sale, the version
being sold (screw threaded or bayonet, single coated vs. multicoated),
the version of follow focus unit it is being sold with, what accessories
if any it comes with (including hard to find lens hoods and caps),
condition of each and every component. I question if anyone has a handle
on this yet, esp. since the stuff coming out of Germany really has
thrown the market for a loop.
If you don't get a complete outfit up front, it'll cost you a mint to
piecemeal it together.
