I owned an orginal Himatic 7S for a while - the old large version rather
than the compact model II but with the 1.7 lens - I think it was slightly
wider, perhaps 42mm. A very nice rangefinder, much better than the Yashica
Electro as it had an easier to find battery, full manual, aperture
priority, shutter priority and full auto modes and a good lens too. It got
me into rangefinders.
