This is purely personal preference, but here are my reasons:

        - continous spot-metering in manual mode. No need for
"fumbeling" to press an (inconveniently located) spot-button,
        - getting to the spot-button on the OM3/4 with a winder mountet is
*very* troublesome. And yes, it does on occation make sense to
use both a winder and spot-metering. The 2s/p doesn't have this
          problem while in manual mode,
        - The viewfinder display - in particular in manual mode - is more
intuitive to me on the 2s/p than on the 3/4. I prefer a vertical
bar/needle to the horizontal display on the 3/4,

But I guess the real point of preference to me is the continus spot
metering. When using the 4's, I really miss that. I guess the reason it
was removed on the 4 is the fact that in auto-mode, there need be an
"exposure lock" mechanism when doing spot metering - manifested with the
"spot button".

In that respect, I actually find the 4 a bit less versatile. I have to
press a button to make a spot reading.

Well, there's nothing preventing you from having both a 2s/p, a 4 and a 2n
at the same time ;) There is no universal law excluding one from having
multiple 2-bodies...(is there *gasp* - nervous facial expression) ;)
