Did dear reliable John Hermanson do the CLA? What was the cost?

Would you know the guide no of this flash? As I read the embossed marking on
the flash I see it say: 2.2 and 4.4 meters for ASA 100 and 400 film
respectively. Am I right to interpret this to mean that it only has a guide
no of about 4 meters?

In this case its much weaker than the A11 or A16!

Do you you own an XA 4? What shooting situation is this best for? I notice
much distortion when used indoors. The lines of the room bend at the edge of
teh image. Beginning to wonder if the pictures I will take will be any good.
