I did a little poking around on eBay and found the following in "The
Soapbox". I did not do a cut and paste here 'cuz I don't want eBay
security after me as well as the MIB.
[eBay] In order to make trading safer. (How?)
1) eBay now requires all sellers have a minimum feedback of at least 10
or be ID verified.
2) Buyers using BIN need to have a credit card on file with eBay or be
ID verified.
3) Id verification is a one time YEARLY charge of $5.00.
Do you think eBay uses Olympus endoscopes? Everybody bend over and say
AHHHARRRGGRH. 8=<
