You need to determine whether or not your negatives are sharp. Carefully
reverse your 50mm lens and place it over the negs and use it as a loupe.
Compare the sharpness of the negs to the prints. If the negs are sharp and
the prints aren't then go back to the lab and complain. (or go elsewhere).
They may have used some type of unorthodox method of drying your film to give
it such a pronouced curl. You can place a book on them until you go to the
next lab and that should straighten them out a great deal.
