Someone needs to be disappointed by KEH and B&H once in a while to keep the
element of risk and sport in the used-equipment-mail-order-buying equation.
Having these companies be totally satisfying to all will get very boring. An
occasional EBAY-type screwing will keep the excitement energy up and provide
discussion fodder for the list members. /jnm
