Sorry for the delay in answering this question.  You were right in the cause of 
my eBay problems.  It extended to Acer's list of eBay nicknames as well.

I am rather frustrated that eBay can go into our email and decide whether they 
like what we say or not.  Maybe we should exclude them from access to our 
archives somehow.
