OK, I'll tell you what my needs are, you tell me what I should get. I
live in place hours away from anywhere that sells camera equiptment so i
can't just go shopping. I'll have to mail order sight unseen or at least
have narrowed my choices before making the pilgimage. I've been known to
order the top two or three choices, keep one and then return the others,
so a merchant that allows this good.

I now carry one body, a long lens or zoom and maybe three small lenses
plus a few accesories in a small brandX shoulder bag. I'd like to maybe
carry two bodies so I won't have to fart around changing lenses while
the eagle (@<50ft) flys away like yesterday. Room for a small tripod is
a plus. Room to safely carry the camera or lens mounted on the tripod a
real plus. Since my daily walks with the dogs can be a few miles and not
all on trails a backpack may be the way to go. Also room for water,
snacks, binocs, sweater. Oh yeah, under 100 bucks if possible. Thanks,
Mike
