There is an English version link on the site but the English needs a bit of 
translation too!  

At a very quick glance here is what it does:  The FP mode switch on the OM1 
is selected (that is why the external connector is used,although for early 
OM1's it may not be necessary to use the coax connector) and this **does** 
give good enough timing that the flash starts at about the right time before 
the shutter opens. (If it started too early the end of the flash would not 
cover the closing of the curtain. And if too late the exposure at the start 
would be partly dark) The added transistor circuit is just a polarity 
inversion that steals power from the focus assist pin. Inverting the switch 
polarity probably also changes the timing, you need to look at the exsisting 
mechanical switch timing to figure out the effect.
