Opera5.x (current 5.02) does have email integration a la Communicator (and
I guess IE/OE, but i don't use those). Current version of Netscape
(4.77) seems to hog more mem, and after opening more than a few windows,
locks up or acts odd. (this on a W98SE system, PIII/450 256ram). I can't
say for IE since i dont use it, but I can do more with Op open and system
resources don't seem to go as low.

can't comment since i haven't yet sighed up for OpMail (still using this,
studentmail.ucr.edu)

indeed, and i believe with pop, you have the an option to either leave the
remote copy (server) or delete it once you d/l messages.
