A subject we've previously covered in depth here. As I mention on the
lens test page:
"A non-recommended combination which requires modification of the 90mm
lens to mount a 2X Teleconverter."
As others have pointed out, you won't get a 1.4X-A to fit, but a 1.7x
teleconverter for IS/3 is workable. I even present the test results at:
