IMHO, in the OM-line, I´d also vote for the 135/F 4.5 & 65-116 Auto extension
tube.
As first choice for drangonfy and butterfly shooting.
It gives at max a 1:2.3-scale which covers a 8.2x5.5 cm-field, which is just
right most of the time. The film-subject distance is 64 cm which gives 42 cm
free 'working distance'.
My best dragonfly shoots are done with this setup. They are the sharpest and
contrastiest
 photo`s I´ve ever made.
Sometimes I`ve added a 25mm extension tube for a bit more magnification (->
1:1.6).

I´ve also good experiences to combine the Auto-extension tube with the 200mm/F4
for
more distance and the 85mm/F2 for more magnification (stopped down).

I´ve never tried the 200mm F/5 with the Auto-macro-Tubus, because the
viewfinder is
getting pretty dark due to the additional extension. The F4 lens is to be
prefered, even
when both lenses has to be stopped down (always better at macro...).

I can`t compare with the other setups.
