[OM] Processing those OM_Shot Slides

Okay, no OM content here save all my slides are shot with either an OM-2N or
an OM-1N. That said, here in the wilds of rural Maine, E-6 processing is not
cheap. The best I can do is drive about 50 miles roundtrip and pay $8.30
(including tax) per 36-exposure roll, and then only if I take my plastic
slide box from the last roll back to the shop. Fuji Velvia costs $8.30 a
roll (including tax), and, needless to say, that makes the total cost of a
roll of film right up there with two movie tickets and 1/8 of a bag of
popcorn, especially throwing in the cost of the 50 mile drive.

So I ordered a 20-roll box of Velvia from Adorama, which worked out to a
whopping $5.38 per roll, including shipping. My question now is whether
anyone on the list has used Adorama or B&H's pro processing mailers. Both
outfits say they do top-flight work, but, of course, they aren't going to
say it if they don't. Adorama says all there stuff is dip & dunk, no
rollers. Mailers run about $5.50 at both places, as I recall.

So far no complaints with my "local" processor, but if I were to buy both
film and processing from Adorama, for example, the cost of a roll of Velvia,
processed, drops from roughly $17 to $11, and no travel costs.

Already by ordering from Adorama I'm saving a bunch per roll, and I'd like
to save more, but not at the cost of quality of processing.

Any guidance greatly appreciated.
