I have an SP manual.  The SPn as I understand it is the same camera except it 
doesn't have a battery check button.  If you wish I will send you the manual 
to copy.

You will love the SPn.  The optics of the lens are superb!  I have a 
beautiful black SP that I use for street photography.   It renders beautiful 
shots.
