Susan quoted Shipman stating that "The focusing screen in SLR cameras
appears to be at about arm's length". Does anyone know precisely what
the distance is in the OM cameras? Reading the FAQ about the diopter
numbers on the viewfinder corrective lenses I conclude that the
viewfinder is set for -2 diopters without correction. Does this mean
that the apparent distance to the screen is 1/2 meter? Seems too
short. What have I got wrong?
