I looked at and read a copy of Mannheim's book a month or so ago. It is from the 70's (I remember 1979 but don't quote me on it). As such it doesn't cover any of the newer lenses designed in the 80's. It doesn't include things like the Motor Drive 2, Auto extension tube, etc. Has simply a sticker addendum at the front saying the OM2N has just been released so it doesn't even cover the "N" versions. No T series flashes either. Frankly I couldn't see what people were fussing over. Mannheim was the author of several of these ie. other camera WAY's and methodically went through the system as it stood in the 70's. It is nothing special and I wouldn't pay the amounts they ask for for the information it has. As a collection piece it may have a value of its own but not as anything of tremendous informational value.

Hi Jim

Can you tell us if or how the info in Mannheim;s book is much more extensive
than Shipman's books?
