There have been several discussions on photo.net about one of the mid-range
epson flatbed (I think 1630) doing a good job on 6x4.5 negatives. I would
suspect this is the route to take for 4x5 negatives. The problem with flatbed
scanners tend to the dmax as oppose to resolution (esp if the negatives are
for web display).

Of course given my current problems you surly realize what I'm telling you
is hersey...

  ||Zuiks,
  ||
  ||Any listees own a 4x5 scanner? I need to get one to scan my 4x5s as well as
  ||my 35mm (taken exclusively with OM equipment!). There don't seem to be too
  ||many and, as there are fewer in the world than 35mm scanners, not subjected
  ||to the same scrutiny in reviews, etc.
  ||
  ||Help!
  ||
  ||TIA!

  ||Dave
