This sounds like major surgery, likely requiring removal of the shutter
assembly itself, perhaps even replacement (there's a cam attached to one
of the main curtain gears that sometimes breaks loose...).  While I've
reattached a few of these cams with glue as an experiment, you might
just need that surplus body's shutter -- shutters for the 4 are no
longer available!
