Worst case?  Body/front casting fractured, camera beyond repair.
Next worst case, body/front casting bent, but too much to repair.
Next, body/front casting bent, but breaks during repair. (G-r-r-r-r!)

Best case?  Shutter speed dial out of time, possible fractured
VR ceramic board.

Either way, best get it to an OM specialist, if you can.
