Looking into the matter further, this guy sounds like someone who absolutely
will not take responsibility for his own actions.  The two negatives he
gotten are yours, where he blamed his wife, and another, where he stated
that he wasn't available for 4 days after the auction.  I'd think I'd make
myself available...
