My father has one of those flashes, and I have the SCA321 adapter. I used
the flash with said adapter successfully on my OM-40 in TTL mode. Nowadays,
I have an OM-2n too, and I think the flash contacts are the same as for the
OM-40, so I'm about 990ositive that this combination will work equally
well.

That should be possible as long as the flash is seated in a proper "hot
shoe". You can't directly plug an Oly T cord into a Metz flash, so you'd
need one of those pesky TTL AutoConnector T20s (or a Power Bounce Grip 2)
for properly attaching the cable to it to get TTL flash capability.
