You may also have trouble finding an insurance company that will insure it
for physical damage. That may not sound right to you folks who don't deal
with this on a daily basis. Here is problem. Some one brings a car into the
states, obtains bogus conversion documentation, insures the car for physical
damage, has an accident, and then the insurance company not is required to
pay for the damage to the vehicle, but also for the conversion which was
never done. This is a potential problem for someone bringing a car into the
