I bought my scanner from uBid. They used Fed Ex ground, and I tracked the
thing all the way. It arrived in Marietta, GA, about an hour from where I
live, on a Monday. By Thursday, I was talking to the Marietta facility
manager. He said he'd check into it. When he called back, he says that the
driver, who knows my area very well, had been carrying the thing around with
him in the truck since Monday! I finally got it on Friday. YMMV, but *I*
certainly won't use FedEx ground again.
