Thanks for the more complete answer, Tom. The other models came to mind as
soon as I hit "Send", but I wasn't sure. I figured someone would help me
out. Again, the beauty of this list.
And don't forget "Olympus Guy" Paul Van Tuyl as a source. He has some,
unless he sold me his last (brand new, in plastic bag, yet!).
Suppose John H./Camtech has some, too? And maybe Clint/Photosphere?
And now we have Dr. Oben Candyman, er, ah, Candemir, the MD Cap King. Wow!!!
How many more camera stores are there around the world with an "old" Olympus
"junk bin" like that? Must be dozens, eh?
Good engineering/design change to have both caps stamped and interchangeable
on the OM2S, -3, and '4s, but the intricate workmanship in the early style MD
cap is really beautiful. One of the reasons the early models are truly
special.
