I'd skip the 4T and the 90. Here's my list:
OM-1
50/3.5 + 25mm tube
24/2.8
100/2.8
Vivitar 285 flash (does fill ok)
a polarizer
lens hoods
lots of film
rechargable batteries + charger (for the flash)
Tame birds are easy to take pictures of.
