If list members want to reply directly to me, I'll volunteer to compile a
list of failures and web them up on my site. I'm thinking a few fields
should do it: Item, failure type, whether or not it was repairable, whether
it was a shop or user-level repair, and a brief description of the symptoms
should do it. Any suggestions for something I missed?
