I've heard quite a few from eastern Michigan use the term too. They might
have imported it as there have been some immigrants from the east coast
there. :-)

Speaking as someone who has lived in both Texas and Philadelphia, PA, youse is
regional to Philadelphia. I don't think I've heard a native Texan ever say
youse. (See the Rocky movies if you don't believe me)
