I heard a similar story of a Pentax user, who sought to keep expenses due to
Li-battery consumption down by fitting a wooden dummy to the battery
compartment. It contained a set of wires that connected the camera to a cheap
power source. It sounded as if it worked fine.
The solution for OM4's and the few battery eating OM2sp's?
