I saw mentioned already the eyecup II, or even an 'aftermarket' eyecup.
I've seen them in several shapes and sizes, and some have very 'soft, or
pliable' rubber that should mould itself to the shape of your individual orb
and surrounding bone structure without putting your eye out.

I must be incorrectly shaped (eybrows and nose too big?) ;-)
Seriously, I really would like an eyecup to stop stray light coming
into the viewfinder (don't need correction), but the #1 really hurts
my eybrows and I see a lot less screen, and the generic "oval" type
only works horizontal for me. Not that anyone can help me with this,
I just wanted to share this huge problem of my life ... (NB joke)

I am not entirely serious, but astronomers are also bothered by stray light in the eyes while viewing and a few of them use the old sweat shirt trick. Don't put it on your arms, just over the head, and drape the body of it over the eye piece. Might look funny with an OM and may not work with an 18mm lens. :-)
