[OM] Minimum order/shipping costs for Twin City Supply 357 batteries

I got the following reply from Twin City Supply as regards minimum
shipping and order sizes.
(These are the folks with the 58 cent unit cost on Energizer 357's)

Minimum shipping charges will be around $3.50, as we send out first
orders from the internet UPS, so we can track them.  After, small orders
will be sent mail if under $50.00.  We normally request visa/mc orders
to be $15.00, but we do waive that only for the first order.  We can
always send you a credit application, and then you can open up a Twin
City Supply account.
