Good points John! I will not buy from someone who is to cheap/lazy/dishonest to
buy a set of batteries to test a camera with. I figure that 9 times out of 10
it is the latter, they suspect a problem, and don't want to confirm it by
putting batteries in the unit. I am also very suspicious of the 'I don't know
much about cameras, I am selling it for a friend/relative who is dead/out of
the country so don't ask me any questions' type person.
