Thanks. From the previous suggestion on the list, I have converted a
"Kenko" (for OM) doubler into a auto extension tube.
Speaking of list suggestions, one of my favorites is from Lex Jenkins and
simulates a shift lens using a black plastic cover w/ a pin hole bored
through the center. It looks dopey as hell, but works pretty good (for a
hobbiest).
