The military might of the US may very well be unable to do a great
deal to counteract a large number of terrorists that are so well
motivated that they eagerly undertake suicide missions! Remember
how well the US did in the jungles of Vietnam? Remember how well
the USSR did in the mountains of Afghanistan? There will most
certainly be many that urge nuclear attacks on Baghdad, Algiers,
and Tripoli ... but let's hope that cooler heads prevail. Pray
that we're not watching the first day of WWIII!
