Of course the question is would I find more uses for
it than my shift. The fisheye format is neat and all,
but too novel for a square (or should I say rectangle)
like me. But you are right those pictures do look like
the lens was sealed up in a vault since its
construction :). I'm sure whoever get it will be
pleased. The thing that makes this lens more than it
is is its rarity and unavailability. They don't make
them anymore (in fact I don't think practically any of
the big camera manufacturers, Nikon and Canon included
make these things anymore.) Whereas the shift is
available new from B&H if you've got the dough.
