I'll let the others comment on a polarizer, but I wanted to welcome you to
the list. You'll find this a wonderful, helpful place filled with a lot of
great people with incredible backgrounds. I doubt if there is any question
you could ask about OM, or photography in general, that can't be answered,
or at least opinions thrown out, by a few people.
I'm going to take a different tact. Is the 135/2.8 still your only lens? If
so, before you spend time, and money, on the polarizer, consider picking up
a lens or two. For example, a very nice 50/1.8 could be found for $20-30.
Look for one that says "made in japan" on the front of the lens. That's the
latest, and best, version. Another fine, and inexpensive, choice would be a
28/2.8, which you can find in the $50-60 range. Combine those with the
135/2.8 and you have a pretty darn nice kit.
Just my 2 cents. Be careful though, this group is famous for being
populated by enablers, myself included <g>. We'll have you out their buying
the rarest of rare before you know it.
