Hi,
Don't know if we are talking about the same lens or two lenses of one family,
but I have a Tamron 3.8-4.0/80-210mm. It also says CF TeleMacro BBAR MC. Filter
dia. is 58mm.
I like the Tamron a lot. It's sharp and delivers good colours. Fine mechanics.
It works pretty well with the Tamron 2x teleconverter, which fits between the
lens and the adapall ring.
