Hi folks,
this is the only photo list I am on, with very friendly and helpful people,
so I dare to ask this OT question. I bought a Kiron 28-105 lens for my
daughter a while ago , in c*n*n FD mount ( she loves her battered AE 1 )
.Perfect looking lens, no signs of problems, but I could not test it.
Yesterday, when I gave it to her , it turned out that the lens cannot focus
to infinity at all positions. Does anybody know, if this can eventually be
adjusted in a simple way, or should I refrain from trying this at home? By
the way, stopping down to f 8 seems to give a sharp picture in the
viewfinder , so the difference should be small.
