Since everybody seems to tell story of it's first Olympus...
I do the same...
I bought my OM1md (black) in 75... I was 14 and I remenber selling my
electric train and my minolta himatic 7s to buy it ... second hand direct
from singapore...
I remenber also that it cost me 15000BF at that time with a 35/2,8 and a
135/3,5... a fortune for me.
Then I bought an Om2n (new... the only one I've ever bought new) when I was
in last year of school... At that time I was making more than 1 roll a
day...
Om1 an 2 went everywhere... even in the mud...
then I bought an Tamron 90 macro (you know the heavy one) (another new
item)...
then I offered an XA to my mother... that I inherited recently (sad... but
it is like new since my mother never used it)...
a bit latter... I found a 50/1,4 then an 55/1,2.... second hand... but I
nearly stopped photo during my university life...
since then (oups it is more than 15 years ago) I'm back in the game...
180/2,8, 85/2, OM3, 35/70, OM4... 35/2, 24/2, 21/3,5,100/2 and a couple of
T32 with teleextension, a Tgrip, some winders... another OM1, OM2... and
35shift...
and odd things too... Like a 400mm tokina, a 400/600mm novoflex... a 17mm
tokina (i like it...) a16mm sigma... a 18/28mm exakta zoom... everything
second hand... and cheap(hmmm).

Since I wear glasses I tried autofocus and bought a contax G2, I use it a
lot... because it is very practical and the lenses are sharp, but I don't
like the autofocus..... but I still prefer to use my OM3... (without
winder...)

So... a long story... and a full shelve of things...

Anyone interested in a Metz 45 ct1 with the tele-extension and a mecamat
sensor... all in a carrying box...
Also if any wants knows about a 24shift not too expensive... I'll be happy
to help him get rid of it...

I'm preparing the Brussels chapter of the "book of opportunities"... some
adresses, phones... and comments...
